In order to operate mining and processing, Rosslyn Hill Mining must comply with a variety of conditions, licences and other approvals issued by various Departments of the State Government of Western Australia and the Minister for Environment.

As it becomes available, we publish information in this section to demonstrate compliance with Ministerial conditions and other approvals.

Licenses

Our mining and processing processes in Western Australia operate under various licences issued by relevant departments of the State Government of Western Australia.

The licences include:

  • Dangerous Goods

  • Water Abstraction

  • Department of Environment and Conservation Operating Licence

  • Department of Mines and Petroleum Tenement Conditions

Reporting

When mining operations resume we will publish all required operational reports on this website.

Historical reports are available upon request and can be obtained by contacting us.

Land Use Agreements

Rosslyn Hill Mining recognises the legal and moral obligations that are involved in working toward negotiating native title agreements for those registered native title claim areas that cover the operations of our Paroo Station Mine. We are in the process of updating and renewing our Land Access Agreements for our mining tenements.
